Yes! The Early Bird Workshop Attendee ticket is available for $200 through April 30. The price for a Workshop Attendee ticket will go up to $225 starting May 1. There are no early registration discounts for guest tickets.

Yes! You can purchase tickets for your family to join you for the planned evening activities including the Awards Banquet on Thursday evening.

Attendee Registration Includes*:

• Luncheons Monday - Thursday

• Banquet dinner Thursday evening

Kansas City International Airport(MCI) is the closest airport.

Yes! We will send an email in early May to get all flight information to arrange your ground transportation for everyone in your travel party.

A rental car is not necessary. Ground transportation to and from the airport is included with your registration. Any workshop sponsored events that are offsite will include transportation.

Unfortunately, we will NOT be able to provide car seats for ground transportation. If your child needs a car seat or booster, you need to bring it with you.

No, parking is complimentary with your hotel stay.

Yes, complimentary breakfast is included for hotel guests.

USEOW is unlike any conference you’ve been to in the past.

We encourage each state to not only bring but present their best public and traffic safety programs. These programs will be evaluated by your peers and awards will be given during the banquet at the end of the workshop.

Yes! Uniforms will be worn during opening ceremony, while you or someone from your state is presenting and at the banquet.

The dress code for the rest of the workshop is business casual.

Hats are preferred, but are not required.

Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of some of the topics presented, family should not be in the conference room while we’re working.

However, you may invite your family to see your presentation or recruit them to be used during your presentation.

During the day, they can relax and enjoy what the host state has to offer. In the evenings, you can spend time together.

If the host state has specific activities planned, you will receive more information at registration.

Yes! The registration fee for adult and child guests includes the awards banquet.
